I interviewed other realtors and even though Dave wanted me to do more to my house than others to get it prepped for sale, I could tell that he knew what he was talking about and knew the market. We did all of this recommended touchups, and the house sold immediately. Throughout the process, the team at The Agency was professional and friendly. I particularly liked that though they have many buyers agents in the firm, Dave was strictly a SELLERS AGENT. I knew throughout the process he had our interests topmost on his mind. We were out of town during much of the prep and Dave knew reputable service companies and personally showed up a couple times to help coordinate the work.
